Return Policy
We of course hope you fall in love with everything you order from Birdhouse Design Studio, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to accept returns for store credit on any non-custom merchandise within a thirty (30) day time period from date of delivery. All sale items are a final sale and not eligible for return. Please contact us at shop with questions or concerns - we will do everything within our power to rectify any issues. Please note: custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. 
We understand that unexpected things happen so please inspect your purchase. Notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any damages and we will gladly replace damaged or broken items promptly.
At this time we offer shipping to the contiguous United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
Restocking Fees
There is a 20% restocking fee for any returns beyond the return window.

Yes, we keep the information you provide us for our records only. All information collected is for the sole purpose of filling orders and to enhance your shopping experience. We will not release any customer information to any entity.
